SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for participating in the archive. Circa Orgy operates a highly specialized, dual-channel logistics framework to ensure both the sustainable execution of our modern collections and the absolute security of our historic artifacts.

By completing an acquisition on our platform, you explicitly acknowledge and agree to the processing timelines, transit protocols, and geographical restrictions outlined below.

1. THE DUAL-FULFILLMENT CHANNELS

Because our catalog spans two entirely distinct production and sourcing methodologies, your acquisitions are processed through separate logistics pipelines:

  • The Press (Premium Apparel & High-Fidelity Prints): Items in this tier are newly executed, sustainably engineered, and pressed to order.

  • The Vault (Original Artifacts & Certified Vintage): Items in this tier consist of singular, authentic historical artifacts and pre-owned vintage garments sourced globally from independent galleries, auctions, and private estates.

2. PROCESSING & DISPATCH TIMELINES

We do not operate a high-volume, automated fulfillment center. Every item is handled with curatorial care:

  • The Press Orders: Please allow 3 to 7 business days for material selection, printing, and quality inspection prior to dispatch.

  • The Vault Orders: To guarantee absolute preservation, original artworks and auction-sourced garments undergo a rigorous white-glove inspection, archival packing, and specialized crating protocol. These items typically ship within 5 to 7 business days.

Please note: If your acquisition contains items from both The Press and The Vault, they will arrive in separate packages at different times. You will receive unique, individual tracking numbers for each parcel.

3. GEOGRAPHICAL RESTRICTIONS & WALLS

To mitigate transit hazards and international customs complications, our shipping boundaries are strictly enforced based on the collection tier:

  • The Press (Apparel & Prints): We offer worldwide shipping for our modern reproductions. International transit times vary by destination and carrier routing.

  • The Vault (Originals & Vintage Clothing): Automated checkout for original art, paintings, sculptures, and authenticated vintage garments, etc is strictly restricted to domestic transport only. We do not ship Vault pieces across international borders automatically.

International Collector Consultations:

If you are an international collector seeking to acquire a piece from The Vault, automated checkout will block your transaction. 

4. MANDATORY SIGNATURES & COURIER PROTOCOLS

  • Standard Delivery (The Press): Apparel and prints are shipped via standard premium couriers (e.g., UPS, FedEx, or DHL) and are subject to standard residential drop-off rules.

  • White-Glove Delivery (The Vault): Due to the high-value and irreplaceable nature of our original artifacts, all Vault shipments are sent via fully insured, specialized couriers and require a strict, mandatory adult signature upon delivery. We cannot authorize carriers to leave these packages unattended under any circumstances. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure an authorized adult is present at the destination address during the delivery window.

5. IMPORT DUTIES, TAXES, & CUSTOMS Fees

For international shipments originating from The Press:

  • The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.

  • International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country once a shipment reaches your borders.

  • Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled entirely by the recipient; Circa Orgy has no control over these charges, nor can we predict what they may be.

6. LOST, STOLEN, OR REDIRECTED PACKAGES

  • Circa Orgy is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carrier disruptions, severe weather, or customs clearance delays.

  • We are not liable for lost or stolen packages once a courier marks the tracking data as "Delivered."

  • If a package is returned to our archive or origin gallery due to an incorrect address entered by the customer at checkout, or due to multiple failed delivery attempts, the customer will be responsible for all additional re-shipping fees.
