REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

1. ABSOLUTE FINALITY OF SALE

Circa Orgy operates as an elite cultural archive and premium digital broker. Due to the exclusive, highly curated, and multi-sourced nature of our network, and the custom, made-to-order engineering of our print and apparel house:

  • All sales are absolute, permanent, and final. * We do not accept returns, exchanges, or modifications under any circumstances.

  • Once an acquisition is completed at checkout, processing begins immediately across our global fulfillment matrix; therefore, order cancellations or adjustments cannot be accommodated.

2. VINTAGE CONDITION & CHARACTER DISCLOSURE

When acquiring original artworks, historical artifacts, or authentic garments from The Vault, the purchaser explicitly acknowledges that these items are true vintage pieces.

  • These artifacts inherently carry the patina of time. Minor structural aging, material softening, natural fading, or frame weathering are not classified as defects or damages; they are verified historical character traits.

  • Every item is documented with rigorous photographic and textual accuracy. By executing a purchase, the buyer accepts the artifact in its unique, historical state. No refunds or partial credits will be issued for characteristics inherent to antique or pre-owned goods.

3. DIGITAL TO PHYSICAL DISPLAY VARIATIONS

Every effort is made to display the textures, dimensions, and colorations of our artifacts and premium textiles with absolute fidelity. However, because digital screens, mobile displays, and ambient lighting environments vary, Circa Orgy cannot guarantee that the physical item will perfectly mirror the color calibration of your device. Minor color variances do not constitute an "Item Not As Described" claim and do not qualify for a refund.

4. DISPUTE AND CHARGEBACK PROTECTION

By completing an acquisition on this platform, the purchaser explicitly enters into a legally binding contract adhering to this No Refunds policy. Any attempt to circumvent this policy by filing a fraudulent or bad-faith dispute or chargeback with a banking institution or credit card issuer will be strictly defended utilizing this agreement as proof of consent.

Furthermore, any client who initiates a chargeback or dispute will have their digital identity permanently blacklisted from the archive, all pending acquisitions will be immediately terminated, and Circa Orgy reserves the right to pursue civil remedies for collection fees and damages.

5. TRANSIT DAMAGE PROTOCOL

While our white-glove packaging protocols are exhaustive, secure transport risks exist. In the highly exceptional event that a rare artifact or garment arrives physically compromised or damaged due to courier negligence:

  • The buyer must notify our concierge office via email (info@circaorgy.com) within 24 hours of delivery.

  • The notification must include comprehensive, high-resolution photographic and video documentation of the external packaging, internal padding, and the damaged artifact itself.

  • Failure to report damage within the strict 24-hour delivery window nullifies our ability to file an insurance claim with the courier, and the buyer assumes full responsibility. Validated transit damage claims will be resolved strictly via courier insurance protocols, which may include repair, courier compensation, or an archive credit at the sole discretion of Circa Orgy.
